Wow, what a useful repsonse pickle ;).

You will need to dig up the Iomega drivers for the 68k MAc (you 
should be using System 7 to use them IIRC) and install those. You 
also need to lift the PC Exchange control panel from Sytem 7.5 and 
put it in the 'Control Panels' folder inside the 'System Folder'. 
Then shutdown and plug the Zip Drive into the SCSI port at the back. 
Power up and see what happens.
If you then format the Zip Disk as PC FAT it should read on the IIci, 
all being well. You may be restricted to 8.3 format file names (i.e. 
12345678.ABC), I don't remember exactly how it goes for older Mac OS 
versions.
