Agreed.  Freon-based cleaners is PERFECT cleaner, doesn't melt 
plastics or harmful chemical except for ozone layer.  Simply spray 
generously and let junk and fluid run off, and wait for few minutes.  
Bingo looks like new again.  No longer.  :-P

Go to the real janitoral shop, and buy a bottle of degreaser (based 
on salt type chemcial) that also can remove rust as well and use that 
straight.  Rinse with distilled water then 99 pure alochol jug to 
"dry" out the water remaining and let it stand to dry for few days.  
Also there's another you could use is CLR jug.

Before doing that, remove all removeable items, ROM chips, simms, 
pram battery etc.  If items has rust on them clean them individually.

Does work well on cigerette stain/stink especially that commerical 
degreaser/ deruster bottle I suggested.  But all vinyl stuff fouled 
by that nasties has to go.  Trust me.

Also fan, you have to "dry" wash it with swabs and cleaners.
