That was it. They're 1MB SIMMs. I turned off Virtual memory, put those SIMMs in Bank A and got 4MB total RAM. Virtual memory must have masked it somehow. A couple of questions that hopefully won't take us OT: At what point does one become jaded at playing with these machines? Are Power Macs ever as much fun? Thanks for all the help!
