In general the LC PDS Ethernet cards all used the Apple driver named 
"Apple Ethernet LC" (it may vary by OS, that is the name under OS 
8.1).  If the card isn't installed during a standard install then the 
driver may not have been installed.  You probably need to go back to 
the OS disks and install just the LC driver.
