On the SE/30 the $0E slot is assigned to internal video.
Why that's different than the IIsi I don't know.

I took an Asante MacCon 30si ethernet card and changed the jumpers to get
the 4 available slot addresses. The only slot address that worked in the
SE/30 was $09.
The Asante manual for that card gives instructions on how to change the
slot address jumpers so that PDS cards can be stacked.
The same manual does not mention doing that on an SE/30.

So it looks like the SE/30 and IIsi PDS slots may be more different than is
commonly believed.
