Getting the TCP/IP settings off of a Windows-based PC (which I'm forced to
use) is relatively easy, but the problem would be that whatever software the
library is running might not let you into the Control Panel or anything
else. Assuming it does, (and it's a 9x not 2000 or NT) you can just launch
WINIPCFG in whatever way you like the best (just typing it in to the Start
menu's Run dialog will do) and press the "More Info" button to show just
about all that you'd need to know: DNS servers, gateways, IP addresses,
subnet masks, etc.
