Thank you, Gregg, you just brought back all the memories of trial and
error, reboot after reboot, selecting heads and cylinders etc. on blue
screens for hours, deep into the night*. I can relate that to what I know
about Macs, now. Confusion vaporized.

*I hated these occasions. My PC and me had a very troublesome relation
regarding blue screens.
With Macs, it is almost dissapointing when I bring one home and it works
rightaway. Girlfriend then looks up and says: 'again nothing broken? what a
pity!'
