Well, I can't help with Nethack, but if you like that style of game you may want to head over to http://thangorodrim.angband.org and check out Angband. It's fairly similar to Nethack in idea, but much deeper and many more options/weapons/etc. A lot of fun :) I've done some (very minor) code work on one of the variants and also compile the original and several variants daily for Windows (which is what I use my Mac web server for primarily).
Lots of fun. :) Scott Holder -----Original Message----- From: Vintage Macs [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] On Behalf Of /dev/null Sent: Tuesday, September 17, 2002 6:07 AM ohhh yes......!!! thank you!!!!! now if only i can find a version of Nethack for mac... hmm... better not, then i'll never leave the thing, with my two gaming addictions catered for ;-).... thanx heaps m -- Vintage Macs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
