Sorry, but the list server is broke. It lets us set a time of day to send the digest -- but it doesn't pay any attention at all to the setting. Because of this I've been trying to monitor how busy each list is and adjusting things on the fly from a limited range of settings. For instance, I can set digests to any size in KB, but only 3, 5, 10, 20, or even higher numbers of messages. Based on list traffic from Sept. 1-10, Vintage Macs was set to 10 KB/5 messages per digest. Even then the list might only have one digest in 2 or 3 days. That's changed in the last week, and now that I have access to my listmom email, I will be making adjustments to digest size.
