thanks heaps... oh, its a beauty... 
a bit more complex than nethack, i'm going to have to spend some time
getting used to the interface... 
but very nice :-)

hehe...
now after all that i'm getting an ethernet card 
and work has offered me the powerbook230 with external scsi cd drive... 

so i guess i'll be sorted...

still, the learning was fun! somehow i like these problem solving
things...
