Nero Burning ROM may be able to do it.
http://www.ahead.de It can burn Disk Copy images to
CD.

Or try NeroMAX for Mac.

It's the full version. Apparently Nero has
abandoned selling NeroMAX as a retail product, may
have totally dropped it even for OEM bundling.
