I have one of those cards and while searching for the ScreenPlay 1.2.2 app I ran across several mentions of ScreenPlay having problems with QT 2.0 but working OK with QT 1.6.1. The problems with QT 2.0 can apparently be fixed with Apple's Multimedia Tuner 2.0. I haven't found ScreenPlay 1.2.2 yet. :-(
