this is going back waaaaaaaaaaay back to '93 - '94 i was in central queensland using a Quadra 700 System 7.X.X and my bro was in sydney nsw using an LC575 and System 7.X.X we both had black and white quickcams and connected using an early version of cu-seeme (i think). we were both using low speed modems (less thans 33.6) we achieved a frame rate of between 1 and 2 frames a second video - audio was ok for convo i'll put on my memory cap and get some EXACT specs (it was awhile ago - i prob have the software archived somewhere)
