I have one of these cards, though I've never used it. Did use a 
DayStar Turbo040 40MHz in a IIsi, together with a Radius Pivot 
monitor (required some clever manipulation with a DayStar SE/30 
adapter to get it all into the IIsi), for some years, until I got a 
PowerBook with a big enough display to do page layout.

All my DayStar cards & adapters will soon be posted on eBay for 
auction; will notify the list.

I believe I have a 1GB+ SCSI drive; contact off-list.
