Do those have a permanently attached line cord?
Most of the "other" laptops use a universal PSU box
that'll handle 110 to 250 volts and a range of
frequencies. They just use different $2 line cords
available at Radio Shack or the equivalent.

I made a Russian woman very happy when I told her
that she didn't need to lug around a huge AC
transformer and UK to US plug adaptor. $2 Radio Shack
cord had her old Dell (that I later bought) running
just fine and shed of about 5 pounds extra weight. :)
(But it is a bit of bother with the UK keyboard on
it.)
