I think it's a generic PC Compatibility Card control panel. The version number doesn't specify any specific card, and neither does the control panel itself, so it probably works with anything up to 1994 and maybe after (the year Upadate 3.0 came out). I deleted it, but I could dig it out of the 7.1 Update 3.0 disks if anyone needs it.
