Actually, I did finally find an adapter that is supposed to let a PS/2 mouse
work with ADB.  It's a $30 adapter:

Now my next question would be: has anyone used an adapter and also gotten
MacOS software that made use of the second button to work?

I'd feel better about this if I could hear from someone who actually
used one.
