No, Basilisk does not currently emulate the MPU well enough for A/UX. MacOS basically only uses the MPU for virtual memory; A/UX uses it for several more (complicated) functions. Note, that my info is about a month out of date, although I don't think that the Basilisk team had any plans to support A/UX in the near term.
