Try using Hotline and type in the search for 68K.  It should give you some
sites that cater to 68K Macs and there you'll find your games (which have
been deemed abandonware).  Another place to try is The Underdogs web site.
I believe it's : 

http://www.the-underdogs.org

They deal with abandonware as well, though it's mainly for the PC they do
have some that will play on Macs and they have links for Mac stuff.

Lastly, but most importantly, try :

http://mac.the-underdogs.org

This is your best bet.  I just checked them out and they had a few Wargames
on there server as well as strategic games.
