I think the IIci/IIsi internal video only supports 640x480 resolution at 256
colors. I've also heard about it requiring a "Sync-on-Green" monitor to
work. As long as the monitor is Sync-on-Green and has the appropriate port,
it should probably display in 640x480 (but that would probably look very
unusual on a 21" display).
