You can't see the card without removing 2 screws, but you can see 2 DIP 
switches by removing the snap-on cover. Switch 4 of the 6 position switch 
"SW2" is normally open (up, or toward the back of the printer), but must 
be closed for an installed localtalk card to work. So if you find one 
with switch 4 closed, chances are pretty good the card is in there.

Where are these "billion"? I am interested in obtaining ImageWriter II's 
in quantity, but they pretty much have to be in Florida due to cost of 
shipping.
