Newer Technology Gauge Series(Read Me)

The "Newer Technology Gauge Series" ReadMe doc from 1996 describes what each 
of these do, but doesn't refer to system requirements. It does mention some 
hardware briefly, like the 8100.  Let me know if you want me to e-mail 
it(it's a little long to post on list).
