I post several items regarding amiga pci adapters whenever the usb for 
68k thread pops up, for that matter, the Amijoe card (g3-4 amiga 
upgrade) includes a pci slot, dont know about isa. There were hardware 
hacks for soundblaster cards and the like. Picasso97 is a video driver 
set for amiga compatible video cards. Do you have a link for Voodoo 
cards, that's a new one to me, probably requiring an adapter so pricey 
it makes mac stuff look cheap.
