That is a MediaVision Pro Audio Spectrum 16bit
soundcard. Apparently missing the MIDI and audio I/O
breakout box. IIRC, it goes *plotz* with any System
higher than 7.5.3. The PAS16 was also made in an LC
version. (PAS16 based soundcards were also very
popular for PC computers.)
