The cheddar curtain is the Illinois/Wisconsin border, and Wisconsinites are known as "cheeseheads." Wisconsin was the largest dairy producer for years until it was usurped by California. The grocery store where we shop (across the curtain) has literally 200' of freezer aisle just for cheese. Ask Jon Long on the swpa list, he lives there.
