Yes there is. The equivalent hole is is where one of the chassis mounts 
for the drive chassis bolts down in the 7100 IIRC.

The entire board fits perfectly. The speaker carrier/board retainer 
(wedge) fits fine, the reset buttons fit fine, the NuBus slots align 
perfectly. Only the mounting posts (the fins that stick up through the 
board), the retaining slots at the back and the back panel itself do 
not line up right, but that was soon solved with a hacksaw and a set of 
metal files.
