Hi Listers,

There are 5 electrolytic caps in the IIci startup circuit, C6, C10, C11,
C12, and C13..
Those caps, or a bad power supply, are the most likely cause of startup
problems.
If there is any sign of cap leakage onto the board then all 5 caps should
be replaced.
I prefer using chip caps instead of the aluminum can caps because the chip
caps are much more reliable and also much more available.

I can get them locally with no minimum buy.
If anybody wants to buy them drop me a line offlist.

btw, the same caps are used in the SE/30.
