Well, I know what it's *not* :) It's not the NewerTech accelerator for the IIfx, and it's not the TokaMac, since the TokaMac used two cards to bridge the NuBus and PDS. Unfortunately, the TokaMac is the only IIfx 040 upgrade I've ever heard of...
