How large do you wont?
Most 50 pin scsi drives will phycially fit though I have a few that are 
seriously too big and very old.
You may have to partition the drive depending on the operating system 
and the size of the disk you put in. For this sort of info check:

I'm very happy with a 2gb drive on my main 68k machine, it seems almost 
too large. Of course that depends on what you use the machine for.
