Well, I finally got everything sent out today from my first round of giveaways. Below is the list of stuff that is left and free for grabs with the directions for requesting.
Peace, Todd
1. When you request an item, list the item number, not the item details. In other words, if you want a Global Village Teleport Gold II, please request item M5. Since there are 3 of them, put the alternates in parenthesis: M5(M6, M7). If you want all 3, list them all: M5, M6, M7. So, again, "M5(M6, M7)" means you want one, "M5, M6, M7" means you want 3.
2. Don't email me saying you want everything. I'm not offering this stuff so someone else can eBay it. I'm offering it because I thought many of you might be able to use some of this stuff to keep your old Macs relevant. If you truly did need a lot of the stuff for a school lab, for example, fine, but there better be a really good reason included if you ask for a suspicious amount of stuff.
3. It's first come, first serve, but please don't be greedy. If you don't think you'll ever use it or know someone to give it to who can, don't request if(if you need something for a collection, that's fine as well). This will give those who truly need the stuff a chance to get it.
4. I'm not rich, so I'm requesting that you pay for the postage and the shipping materials, if any are used. Ideally, you would send me a box of peanuts with a return label inside and enough stamps to cover the expected cost. Then I could pack the stuff the way you want it packed, stick the return label over the original, place whatever stamps need to be used, and drop it off. I don't mind sending it to you and having you send me a check or cash to reimburse me for shipping and packing when it arrives, but be aware that I don't have any shipping materials laying around, so it might take a while before I can get to WalMart or some place for a box. Most items weigh about as much as a Starbuck's Frappuccino, so if you want to include one in the box you send me as a means to make sure you've included enough return postage, that would be fine by me. :)
5. Since I'm busy, I will only answer your email if you score an item. So, if you don't hear from me within a day or two, assume you missed the item you requested.
6. I don't have time to test any of this stuff, so please don't get mad if you receive something that doesn't work. I figure since I'm giving it away for free, I shouldn't be expected to test the stuff. The guy told me that everything worked, to his best knowledge.
