Effective? Apple Talk them together. Slow, but effective. Efficient? Hook a CD ROM to one of them, remove the drives in each, one at a time, and place in the one with the CD attached. Copy the installer, replace the drives in their respective Macs and install in the machines. You can have the all running at once, if you can keep that many "plates in the air" at once.
