Hi,

Does anyone run a IIsi with 1280x1024 resolution? Or anything close to
that? If so, which monitor and video card are you using?

I've been running my IIsi for years with two monitors: 640x480 on the
built-in video with an Apple 13", and 1024x768 on a Radius video card
with a no-name PC multisync. My Apple 13" has finally snuffed and the
PC monitor is on its last legs, so I want to switch to one really big
monitor.

What's the largest Apple trinitron monitor that can run with a IIsi?

I spent out three hours surfing last night, and thought an Apple 20"
ColorSync might be the answer, but I discovered that it is
68040-and-above only. Is this true even when using a video card instead
of the Iisi's built-in video? Seems odd to me. In any case, perhaps the
Apple Multisync 20 (M1823) is the solution?

I'm also considering finding a IIci, if it can run 1280x1024 and my IIsi
can't.

Cheers,

Rich
