I do not donate ANY time that is business related so... yes I feel I should
be paid for the time my employees are packing items... I sure have to pay
them!
Why would I sell something for $9.00 and eat $2.00 in labor, $1.00 for box,
$.50 for packing material, and $6.00 to $10.00 UPS fees?  I wouldn't stay in
business if I did that!
