Think positive... Check that the reset switches aren't stuck and remove any dust balls (amazingly conductive, they are). If that fails, wipe the board clean using meths or similar -- quicker than removing the board and cleaning in the dishwasher and waiting for it to dry. If you're stuck for a psu after all that, give me a shout.
