If you use generic hard driver drivers, you should be able to use it as you would use any old hard drive. Of course, that means you would have to reboot if you wanted to swap disks -- but I never had much of a problem with that (100 MB is a lot of space for System 6). You may even be able to use Mt. Everything to format each disk and install drivers for removable media, but I think the Mt. Everything control panel requires System 7.
