Depends on which model of Radius video card it is.

Radius made several NuBus cards which will plug into
any Mac with NuBus slots or Macs like a IIsi or the
Centris/Quadra 610 or Powermac 6100 with a PDS to
NuBus adaptor. Radius also made some video cards
that plug directly into the SE/30 and IIsi PDS.
