I don't have experience with it, but according to its manual, the Asante
MacCon3 IIsi card allows one to piggyback a Radius Pivot IIsi card, but
not a NuBus card. The manual for the MacCon cards is at:

<http://www.asante.com/downloads/MCILC_UM.pdf>

See pages 2-14 to 2-18.

P.S. I do have a MacCon 30i card for IIsi (or SE/30) for sale, if you
ever wanted to switch out the video card for Ethernet, but it doesn't
appear it would allow piggy-backing -- although it =does= have a PDS
pass-through port on it. I wonder what that would support? The manual
doesn't say. Maybe if you got really creative and built a cable to
extend the PDS slot... :-)
