Actually, the listed max RAM for the IIsi is only a guideline since the max RAM for one stick was only 4MB when the IIsi first came out. So with the four RAM slots it was originally said that this baby would go up to a whopping 17MB of RAM (1MB was built-in). As for the sticks I found them using ramseeker.com. It listed the cheapest prices for ram sticks you can buy online. My IIsi is chugging along just fine with the 65MB of RAM.
