Looking for Daystar Card

I'm trying to find a dual-slot Daystar right angle adapter, the kind 
that works in a Mac IIsi. I need one with a passthrough for 030 PDS 
cards on top and a slot that accepts IIci upgrade cards under it. could 
anybody provide a link where I could buy, or at least get a model 
name/photo for something like this? It doesn't necessarily have to be 
Daystar, but that is the kind I heard about. I've been having a lot of 
trouble finding it on my own, so I would really appreciate any help.
