Another way is using Basilisk II on a PC. Make a
650 meg disk image, then copy all the files you want
to it and arrange the icons, folders etc how you want.

Exit Basilisk II, then with Nero Burning ROM* burn the
HFS image to a CD.

*Other CD burning apps may support HFS images.

Nero can also burn directly from an HFS formatted
SCSI hard drive, as long as the drive (or the volume)
is small enough to fit the CD-R. I dunno if Nero can
handle SCSI drives with multiple volumes.

"Classic" Mac OS treats each session on a multisession
CD as a seperate disk, so when you pop one in, you get
a drive icon for every session.
