Bryan, You were absolutely correct -- it was the makeshift DB15 => HD15 cable I was using.
As luck would have it, as soon as I received your message, I was able to locate the appropriate cable on eBay, plus the interface adapter card (although I already had one), complete with a manual and all in the original Radius box. It just arrived this afternoon, and now the Color Pivot display is working perfectly with this Radius cable. How cool is that?! Thanks very much for the heads up.
