Running 8.1 in the background here, running the old 9.x exe rather than the NT exe on XP.
Basilisk II is a well documented program, you should be getting a error message pointing you to the problem so a little more detail would be nice.


http://www.retrosite.de/emulator/macintosh/BasiliskII_win32_18062000.zip is the old 0.8.0.130 version and does not require the sdl.dll. Read the Readmes in the Windows-specific documents folder and use the Basilisk-GUI.exe to setup and start the emulation.
