It will do it, certainly. MacHHTP is a suitable web server, as the
original post said.
I would recommend that you patch it to MacOS 7.6.1 as soon as possible
- it's a free download.

I have read that traditional Mac TCP/IP is much quicker than
OpenTransport on older Macs with 68030 processors, tho' I've not
notice much difference myself. This means using MacTCP. It's pretty
simple and you should find a tool on your 7.6 CD called "Network
Software Switcher" to make the change.

However, OpenTransport is right there, integrated, and it works, so it
might be best to get started with that.

Good question! I have no idea. Try it and see, I can't see how it
would do any harm!
