If it's anything like the IIcx, there's a plastic latch just behind
the disk & hard drive that you have to pry to release the power
supply. I don't remember exactly what it looks like, but I do remember
it took some wiggling to get the PSU out. Be careful with the latch,
as it's probably pretty brittle after all these years.
