I've got an internal CD 600i SCSI unit that I'm trying to configure. On the back it has jumpers for:

Jumper PARITY
Jumper 0--]
Jumper 1--]---ID SELECT
Open 2--]
Jumper PREVENT/ALLOW
Open TEST MODE

I understand ID Select is set to give SCSI ID 3, but should parity be enabled (I understood it should be disabled when configuring hard drives)? Also what is PREVENT/ALLOW? Should it be jumpered or not?

Cheers!

John
