I've really enjoyed using a Daystar ZIF Carrier card in my 9500.  This
way you can choose the processor you want.  Start with a cheap G3, and
add a G4 later, plus it has great overclocking capability.  At $69
with cheap cpu on ebay, I thought it was affordable.  Just a thought.
