No reason why not. The LCD will have to have a VGA input (most do - its a small 15 pin connector) and you'll need a Mac video to VGA adaptor, but it should work well. The only problem is that most 19" LCDs are optimised for 1280x1024, and the LC won't be able to manage that, so the picture will be a bit ugly, but it should still work.
