Rick, That is an excellent link. Unfortunately, I did not see any repair data in the Image Writer PDF for cleaning the print mechanism on an Image Writer. The rest is great for dealing with and learning about all those other Apple products. I highly recommend anyone who has not looked at the link to do so.
