[VAC] Looking for repairperson

Now that I am settled in Oceanside, I would like to finish some of the
details that I let ride.  I have two heaters, one floor and one under
kitchen cabinet.  Neither unit works.  I also have had no success fixing the
pumping system on my fresh water tank.

Does anyone know of a good and reasonable repairperson in the North San
Diego County area?
