Hi Disney6917,
Based on 5 years of non-use while stored in a humid climate:
In my opinion, high end could start at $4,000 and go up to $5,000.
Mid-range between $3,000 to $4,000 would be reasonable.
Low end should not be less than $2,000.
Using these figures as base price, add on for extras, i.e. awnings all
around, 40# propane bottles, aluminum wheels, etc. If your Mom has the
receipts for repairs made 5-7 years ago, those items could bring up the
value as newer parts instead of 38 year old parts.
Only you know the supply and demand ratio in your area. Good Luck,
Terry
